• Will consumer spending really stay down?: Mr. Surowiecki questions the CW on fundamental shift in consumer behavior. Regular readers will guess that I share his skepticism. Although maybe my line of reasoning is slightly different. But the column is good, and so is his extra (link-rich) material on his NYer blog.
• One nagging thing …: Journal “has invited some of the world’s leading psychologists to look inwards and share, in 150 words, one nagging thing they still don’t understand about themselves.” Interesting stuff.
